It usually takes 1-3 business days to receive a tracking number. You will receive a separate email with the tracking number that you can use to track your package.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn and undamaged items. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition they were received along with the original tags and packaging. To start the return process fill out Contact Us form. We create long-lasting pieces crafted with care. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a 365-Day Warranty to replace any pieces that don’t meet expectations. Just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and description of the issue and we will make things right for you. We stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last.
